Upon activation of the software:

• All responsibility for trading decisions, account performance, and financial outcomes lies solely with the client.

• The client is responsible for:

  • Selecting a suitable broker and trading account

  • Configuring software settings correctly

  • Monitoring trades and account performance

  • Understanding the risks associated with automated trading

Wise Expert Advisor LTD and Wide Grid Software and Technologies (SMC-Private) Limited are not responsible for misconfiguration, misuse, lack of monitoring, or failure to follow provided guidelines.

5. Limitation of Liability

• We shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or financial consequences incurred in the client’s trading account after software activation.

• This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Trading losses

  • Missed trading opportunities

  • Broker-related issues

  • Slippage, spreads, execution delays, or market volatility

6. Market Risks and External Factors

• Financial markets are influenced by economic news, volatility, liquidity, and unforeseen events.

• Changes in market conditions or user decisions after activation may result in financial variations, including losses.

• The Company has no control over third-party services such as brokers, platforms, or liquidity providers.

Clients are strongly encouraged to trade responsibly, use risk management tools, and test the software on demo accounts before using it on live accounts.

7. Refund Request Process

If you believe you are eligible for a refund under this policy:
