Is this a subscription?
No. Both plans are a single one-time charge in US dollars (USD). There are no renewals and no recurring charges.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we never see or store your card details.
What will appear on my statement?
Your statement will show WISE EXPERT ADVISOR LTD or a similar descriptor.
What exactly do I receive, and when?
A software licence key, VPS setup, portal access and a dedicated account manager. Delivery is digital: it starts within 24 hours of payment and verification, and setup is normally complete within 1–3 business days.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Contact your account manager and pay only the difference.
