This Privacy Policy explains how Wise Expert Advisor LTD, a company registered in England & Wales (Company Number 17462539), registered office 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit our website, purchase our software, or use our client portal. Data we collect
- Account data: name, email address, telephone number, country of residence.
- Identity verification (KYC) data: government-issued photo ID and proof of address, where legally required.
- Order and billing data: the plan purchased, amount, currency, date, and billing name/address. Card details are entered directly with our payment processor (Stripe) and are never received or stored by us.
- Technical and usage data: IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, and security logs.
- Support data: messages you send us by email, contact form, or the on-site assistant.
Why we use your data and our legal basis
- To perform our contract with you: creating your account, provisioning your VPS and licence, providing support.
- To comply with legal obligations: anti-money-laundering and identity checks, tax and accounting records, responding to lawful requests.
- For our legitimate interests: preventing fraud and abuse, keeping the platform secure, improving our service.
- With your consent: optional marketing emails and non-essential cookies. You may withdraw consent at any time.
Sharing your data
We never sell personal data. We share it only with service providers acting on our instructions, and only as far as necessary: payment processing (Stripe Payments Europe / Stripe, Inc.), identity verification providers, cloud hosting and database providers, email delivery providers, and our professional advisers. We may disclose data where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
International transfers
Some providers are located outside the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area. Where that happens we rely on UK adequacy regulations or on the UK International Data Transfer Addendum / EU Standard Contractual Clauses, together with appropriate technical safeguards.
How long we keep data
Account and order records are retained for at least 6 years after your last transaction to satisfy UK tax, accounting and anti-money-laundering obligations. KYC documents are retained for 5 years after the end of the business relationship. Other data is deleted once it is no longer needed.
Security
Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel, transmitted over encrypted connections, and stored in access-controlled systems. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent. Children
Our services are not offered to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
