These Terms form a legal agreement between you and Wise Expert Advisor LTD, registered in England & Wales, Company Number 17462539, registered office 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. By purchasing or using our software and services you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not purchase or use the service.
1. What we sell
We sell a software licence and technical setup service: an automated trading Expert Advisor compatible with MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5, installation and configuration on a Virtual Private Server, and ongoing technical support. We are a software vendor. We are not a broker, exchange, fund, investment manager, payment institution, or financial adviser, we do not accept, hold, pool, or invest client money, and we do not offer any investment product, deposit, or return.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You must not purchase if automated trading software or our services are prohibited where you live. You are responsible for complying with local laws, tax obligations, and your broker's terms.
3. Prices, payment and currency
- Prices are shown on our Pricing page in US dollars (USD) and are one-time charges, not subscriptions. There are no automatic renewals and no recurring charges.
- Applicable taxes are shown before you confirm payment.
- Payments are processed by our payment providers (including Stripe and Paddle). We never see or store your full card details.
- Where your order is processed by Paddle: our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
- Your card or bank statement will show WISE EXPERT ADVISOR LTD, PADDLE.NET or a similar descriptor.
- We may refuse or cancel an order where payment is declined, the order appears fraudulent, or we cannot complete verification checks; any amount taken is refunded in full.
4. Delivery and onboarding
Digital delivery normally begins within 24 hours of successful payment and identity verification, and setup is typically completed within 1–3 business days. You will receive portal access, your licence key, VPS details, and a dedicated account manager. Delivery is by electronic means only; nothing is shipped physically. Full delivery timescales and what to do if delivery is delayed are set out in our Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
5. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to use the software on the trading account(s) registered with us, for as long as the product is supported ("lifetime" means the supported lifetime of the product, with no recurring fee). You may not copy, resell, rent, decompile, reverse-engineer, or share the software or your licence key. Breach of this clause terminates the licence immediately.
6. Your responsibilities
- You keep control and ownership of your brokerage or exchange account at all times, including deposits and withdrawals.
- You choose your own broker, leverage, lot sizing, and risk settings, and you are solely responsible for those choices.
- You keep your login details and licence key confidential.
- You must not use the service for unlawful purposes, market abuse, or money laundering.
7. No financial advice and no performance promise
Nothing on our website, in our materials, or from our staff is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. The software executes rule-based strategies; it does not predict markets. Trading involves substantial risk of loss and may not be suitable for everyone. Backtested and historical figures are illustrative only and do not guarantee or indicate future results. We make no promise of profit, income, or capital protection. See our Risk Disclaimer.
8. Cancellation and refunds
Your cancellation and refund rights, including the statutory 14-day right to cancel for UK and EU consumers and how it applies to digital services you ask us to start immediately, are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Support and availability
Support is available by email and phone, Monday to Saturday, 9:00–18:00 (GST). We aim for high VPS availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service; maintenance, broker outages, or third-party failures may interrupt trading.
10. Prohibited use and suspension
We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, fraudulent or abusive behaviour, failure to complete verification, or where required by law. Where termination is our fault, we will refund a fair proportion of what you paid.
11. Liability
We are responsible for loss we cause by breaking this contract or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, broker or exchange failure, market events, internet or VPS outages outside our control, or for any loss arising from settings you chose. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the plan concerned. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
12. Intellectual property
All software, branding, and website content remain our property or that of our licensors.
13. Complaints, governing law and disputes
Please contact support@wisetradingsoftware.com first; we acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and aim to resolve them within 15 business days. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. Consumers may also bring proceedings in their country of residence.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms for legal or operational reasons. The version in force at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
