Refund Policy
Because Wise Expert Advisor is a digital service that involves provisioning of VPS infrastructure, account setup, and assignment of dedicated personnel, refunds are governed by the following terms:
- Refund requests submitted within 7 days of purchase, prior to VPS provisioning and license activation, may be eligible for a full refund.
- Once VPS provisioning, license activation, or onboarding has begun, fees are non-refundable.
- Chargebacks initiated without first contacting our support team will result in account suspension.
